Shipping Policy

Turnaround


All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of order.

 Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

All orders placed after close of business on Friday, will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday. *This includes all expedited shipping methods as well.

 

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS (3-7 day shipping times)
UPS  (Ground- is a 3-5 day shipping service)
FedEx (Ground – is a 3-5 day shipping service)

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

All orders placed with expedited shipping must be received no later than 1PM CST to be shipped the same day. Ordered placed after cutoff will ship via the chosen expedited method the next business day.


Estimated Shipping Times

All estimated shipping times given on the Texasbelting.com only apply to orders being shipped from our Houston, TX Warehouse. If an item is shipping from another location shipping estimates provided by the website will not apply.

*To ensure your order is received within a certain time frame, you will need to select and pay for an expedited shipping method.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is a provided feature by your selected shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Once an order has been shipped and received by the carrier, Texas Belting & Supply, Inc. is no longer liable for lost, late, or missing packages.

A claim will need to be filed with your chosen carrier for reimbursement.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
